How ljo Quick Login streamlines your entry
The first time you open ljo on a new device, you enter your username and password as usual. We then ask you to verify your identity — either via SMS code to the phone number on file, or through a one-time email link. This verification step happens once per device.
After verification, ljo stores a secure token on your device. The next time you launch the app, that token is recognized automatically. You see your account dashboard, your balance, and your recent bets without re-entering credentials. If you close the app and reopen it within a reasonable window, you remain logged in.
This approach balances speed with security. We do not store your actual password on your device — only a time-limited session token that expires if unused for a set period. If you lose your phone or switch devices, that token becomes invalid, and a new verification is required.

Setting up Quick Login on your ljo account
Quick Login is enabled by default on all ljo accounts. You do not need to toggle a setting or opt in separately. However, you can manage which devices are trusted and revoke access from lost or old phones.
-
Download and open ljo app
Install ljo from your device's app store. Launch the app for the first time.
-
Enter your credentials
Type your username and password. We verify these against your account record.
-
Complete verification
Receive an SMS code or email link. Enter the code or click the link to confirm your identity.
-
Access your dashboard
Your session is now active. Browse live tables, place bets, and manage your balance.
Managing multiple devices and sessions
You can use Quick Login on up to five devices simultaneously. Each device stores its own session token. If you log in on a sixth device, ljo will ask you to either verify that new device or revoke access from an older one.
To view and manage your active sessions, visit the Account Settings page within the ljo app. There you will see a list of devices currently logged in, along with their last-access timestamp. You can manually log out from any device remotely — useful if you suspect unauthorized access or if you have sold or given away an old phone.
When you change your password, all existing session tokens are invalidated. You will need to log in again on each device using your new password. This is a security measure to ensure that if your password is compromised, an attacker cannot use old tokens to access your account.
Quick Login saves time without sacrificing security — your session is tied to your device, not just your credentials.
Quick Login and payment methods
Once you are logged in via Quick Login, your deposit and withdrawal options remain the same. We support DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and direct bank transfers via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. Your payment method preferences are saved in your account, so you can deposit or cash out with a single tap.
Quick Login does not bypass any verification steps for withdrawals. If you request a withdrawal, we still verify your identity and check your account history for compliance. This protects both you and us from fraud. The speed of Quick Login applies to accessing the platform — not to the withdrawal process itself, which follows our standard review window.
If you are traveling or accessing ljo from a new location during Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, or other holidays, you may see an additional security prompt on your first login from that location. This is normal and helps us prevent unauthorized access. Simply verify via SMS or email, and you will be logged in.

Security best practices for Quick Login
Quick Login is convenient, but it also means your device is a gateway to your account. We recommend a few precautions:
- Use a device PIN or biometric lock (fingerprint, face recognition) on your phone. This prevents someone who steals your device from immediately accessing ljo.
- Log out from ljo if you lend your phone to someone else, even mobile bankingefly. Do not rely on Quick Login to protect your account in shared-device scenarios.
- Periodically review your active sessions in Account Settings. If you see a device you do not recognize, revoke its access immediately.
- If you suspect your password has been compromised, change it right away. This will log you out from all devices and force a fresh login.
- Keep your app updated. We release security patches regularly, and older versions may be vulnerable to known exploits.
Our ljo team monitors account activity for suspicious patterns — multiple failed logins, unusual withdrawal requests, or access from impossible locations. If we detect anomalies, we may temporarily lock your account and ask you to verify your identity. This is an inconvenience, but it protects your funds.
